Village Realty announced their March 2017 agents of the month. Matt Myatt was the top producing broker in the Corolla office and also the top producer for the first quarter. The month of March saw 7 closings by Matt including 1 in Manteo, 2 in Duck and 4 in Corolla. The market is busy, busy with listing of homes and active buyers ready to jump in before the rental season begins. Next week includes spring break and Easter so the Outer Banks will be buzzing with activity and hopefully beautiful weather.
