Matt & Team – Outer Banks Welcomes Allysa Miller

Matt Myatt, team lead/broker of Matt & Team Outer Banks, announced the addition of Allysa Miller to Matt & Team with Keller Williams – Outer Banks.

Allysa joins our team specializing in buyers and brings years of industry knowledge. We are thrilled and excited to welcome Allysa.

Originally from the Northern Virginia area, Allysa grew up spending every summer on the Outer Banks. After studying fine studio arts at Radford University she decided to move to her favorite place in 2009 and live on the Outer Banks full time.

In 2012, Allysa began a career as a local insurance agent, focusing mainly on homeowners’ insurance and the challenges brought by our unique area. Allysa gained substantial knowledge in-home structural damage and repair, insurance laws and regulations specific to the Outer Banks, as well as built relationships with local vendors and maintenance technicians.

In mid-2019, Allysa decided to change career paths to focus on homes and property and we are so happy she did!

What makes a real estate team?

A real estate team is a group of people who come together with complementary skills, to achieve a common goal.  Some agents will focus on buyers, some will focus on sellers and some will handle both. Also part of a team, are those who work “behind the scenes” to coordinate an organized experience and keep the T’s crossed and I’s dotted with every detail handled.

Meet our team:

Matt Myatt, Owner/Broker/Team Lead

Adam Houff, Buyer Agent/Broker

Allysa Miller, Buyer Agent/Broker

Terry Blocher, Executive Assistant/Broker

Anna Christain, Transaction Coordinator
