Village Realty announced their October 2017 agents of the month. Matt Myatt was the top producing broker in the Corolla office. The month of October saw 2 closings by Matt including 1 in Nags Head and 1 in Corolla. The October market begins the normal seasonal slowing of the market with October through Thanksgiving being the final push before the holidays. Winter is just around the corner and owners can now take time to spruce up their properties. Not to worry though, there is still time to list your home or buy your dream OBX home.
