Village Realty announced their September 2017 agents of the month. Matt Myatt was the top producing broker in the Corolla office. The month of September saw 6 closings by Matt including 2 in Southern Shores, 2 in Duck and 2 in Corolla. The September market was very busy with buyers and sellers going under contract. Fall is now in full swing with cooler temperatures and the rental season coming to a close for our northern beaches. Not to worry though, now is the best time to list your home. Don’t delay on buying or selling that OBX second home or investment property – many great deals are still available.
