Our agent was Jason Beasley from the Matt Myatt Keller Williams team, and he did an outstanding job throughout the home buying process. We were selling a property in CA to purchase a property in the Outer Banks, and it took nearly a year to finally execute the transactions. During that time Jason was consistently checking in with us, and he remained patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. Having a small window to perform a 1031 exchange and despite the market being extremely tight, Jason was able to find the house we were looking for quickly and at a reasonable price. After the transaction was closed Jason was still very helpful to us as our primary residence is 3 hours away and he saved us from making many trips for things that needed to be dealt with in person
