Matt was definitely familiar with the area as he lived in the same neighborhood. Matt came in the house my sister & I were putting on the market and did a thorough assessment of both the inside and outside of the home. We sat down and he explained his game plan as to taking photos, providing comps & scheduling an open house. He explained how he arrived at the asking price and our responsibilities including the fees involved with selling the home. He gave us the asking price which we agreed with. The home sold for about $40,000.00 over asking price. We interviewed 3 agents & chose Matt because of his excellent game plan and upbeat personality.
